Last night, the national team participated in the Grand Prix held in Austria with the participation of 427 athletes from 52 countries. The team added 25 points to its account within the framework of the preparation program for the Olympics in Los Angeles 2028. President of the Federation of judo Mohammad ben Tkhalaub al-Dari emphasized that the positive results, achieved by the national team at the tournament, represent a significant achievement in qualifying for the Olympics, as well as in preparation for participation in the Grand Slam in Tbilisi, Georgia, from March 21 to 23. He noted that the leadership of the Federation of judo OAE insists on providing opportunities for the cooperation of various players of the national team. The national judo team will arrive in Georgia today to participate in the tournament in Tbilisi, where the team will hold a short training camp before the start of competitions.
